Entrustad provides specialized services in digital traffic verification protocols, transaction encryption, and identity management within data ecosystems. The services are specifically described in the applicable service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Rights and Obligations

User Obligations:

• Provide accurate and verifiable information for service configuration.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials and report any unauthorized use.

Entrustad Obligations:

• Provide the services with the level of professionalism and care described in the SLAs.
• Implement and maintain security and encryption protocols for data protection.
• Notify the user of scheduled maintenance that may affect availability.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrustad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any claim related to these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for a material breach of these terms by the other party, upon written notice and a 30-day cure period. Entrustad reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in case of illegal use or use that violates these terms.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on this page. Registered users will be notified of substantial changes. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
